Auto-categorise

FinvestLens learns from work you have already done: when a payee has been categorised before, it proposes the same treatment — including the split breakdown for things like salary or dividends. Where a payee is genuinely ambiguous it abstains rather than guessing.

Rules

A rule matches on the description, amount, account or tag and then sets a category, renames the transaction, adds tags, or links a payment to a bill. Rules run when you import, and you can apply them to history at any time.

Bulk editing

Select several transactions and use Bulk Edit to apply one change to all of them. Only the fields you switch on are changed; everything else is left alone.
