Invoicing
- Create an invoice for a customer and add its line items.
- Post it — that books the amount to accounts receivable.
- When you are paid, use Process Payment to settle it.
Reports
- Receivable Aging and Payable Aging show what is owed and how late it is.
- An invoice can be printed as an Australian Tax Invoice.
- A credit note reduces what is owed, rather than adding to it.
Time and mileage
Log billable hours or travel, then gather them onto a customer invoice.
